Reviews of South Seas Film & Television School

★★★★★
Sarah Non-Academic Staff Member, 23-Aug-2004
Its fast paced, full on, adrenalin filled, accelerated learning and its success rate for graduate employment (over 85%) is testament to the respect this course has gained in the industry. Students complete over 200 projects throughout the year. Fees are very reasonable for the level of training students gain.

A really intense course and full of energy and fun. You are basically producing your own stuff right from week-1...the exercises itself build up gradually to teach film making techniques by the end of the course. The best part of the course is definitely that it teaches building teams effectively and efficiently. No wonder other ex-south seas graduates are holding sway over various positions in the NZ industry. The school network itself is strong and enjoys a good reputation, thus becoming an added advantage to the school. I think the year at South Seas changed my life- personally as well as professionally.
