1. "Every Film Matters"- Respecting the work and effort of every filmmaker's submission by giving all films submitted their own review, regardless of whether or not the film is ultimately accepted into the festival.
2. Combining the love of independent filmmaking with the love of independent winemaking - Providing a setting for people to enjoy films made from around the world, as they sample locally grown wines.

The Tumbleweed Film Festival (TFF) s scheduled for August 6-8 2010. Located in scenic eastern Washington, the TFF highlights shorts and documentaries from around the world, as well as wines that are produced locally. As fellow filmmakers, who have submitted and presented films, we realize the work that goes into making each movie and the effort it takes to submit them. Attendees are encourage to watch globally, and drink locally, as each screening at the TFF combines movies from around the world with the wines from local vineyards.
