submitting content

Filmmaking.net is a community for filmmakers and therefore built on shared information. We're more than happy to consider submissions and/or recommendations for additional content to be added to the site, or content on other sites which is worthy of mention on filmmaking.net.

Submissions to filmmaking.net normally take one of three forms: links to articles on other sites, articles hosted by filmmaking.net, or new answers to questions in the Internet Filmmaker's FAQ.

Links to Articles
If you have come across and article on another site which you feel would be of interest to filmmaking.net users, please let us know and we'll consider it for inclusion.

Local Articles
Filmmaking.net welcomes submissions of relevant articles which can be hosted on our site. Articles submitted and subsequently posted are fully-credited to the author (including a link back to the author's web site if required), and copyright is retained by the author (although filmmaking.net will required a perpetual license to use the article). Unfortunately filmmaking.net is currently not in a position to pay for articles submitted. For more information, see our article author's guide.

Internet Filmmaker's FAQ
Filmmaking.net accepts submissions for additions to the Internet Filmmaker's FAQ. Submissions are fully-credited to the author and can include a link back to the author's web site. Submissions for the Internet Filmmaker's FAQ become the property of filmmaking.net.
